14. First Aid
(2nd January 1970)
When Blakey gets injured whilst aboard Stan's bus he pushes through a rule wanting all busmen to be capable of rendering first aid and Stan and Jack must pass a test. Given a day to brush up on the subject Stan relies on help from Arthur and Olive but will they be of much help and how will Stan react in a real emergency? |

15. The Cistern
(9th January 1970)
After disasterous attempts at plumbing ruins their toilet, the Butler household are forced to club together to buy a new cistern and toilet. Problems are how to get the goods home without having to pay to get it delivered and also who will do all the plumbing? Life is never easy for the Butlers and aren't going to get any easier. |

16. The Inspector's Niece

January 1970)
Stan has an attractive new clippie assigned to his bus and Stan has romantic feelings towards her. The only problem for Stan is that she happens to be Inspector Blake's niece and he is watching Stan closely. |

17. Brew It Yourself
(23rd January
1970)
Stan tries his hand at brewing his own beer but makes an error in judgement and ends up brewing a very strong beer. Just one pint won't do any harm surely but its enough to make Stan drunk when he turns up at the depot for his shift. Blakey is quick to seize the opportunity to finally get his own back on Stan and demands he takes a breathyliser test and its up to his shop steward and best friend Jack to save Stan from the sack but can he do it? |

18. Busmen's Perks
(30th January
1970)
Arthur is demanding his bedroom gets decorated claiming it 'unfit for human habitation' so instead of getting the decorators in Stan gets some paint from the bus depot. Arthur and Stan should have no problem painting the room but they do and it all gets rather painful for Arthur and costly for Stan. |

19. The Snake
(6th February 1970)
Stan and Jack are vying for the affections of the bus depot's canteen employee. They turn up for an Indian night at the canteen to see her dancing with her pet snake and so Stan isn't so fed up when Jack takes her on a date as he is also lumbered with her snake. Jack has the last laugh though that sees the Butler household at the mercy of the reptilian visitor. |

20. Mum's Last Fling
(13th February
1970)
Mum finds herself a boyfriend who just happens to be a busman at Stan's depot and she begins to dress less conservatively and wear make-up and fun-wigs to impress him. Arthur and Stan are left to the mercy of Olive's cooking as her mum spends more and more time with her boyfriend. Bills are going unpaid as mum spends money on her nights out but is it true love or will hearts be broken? |

21. Radio Control
(20th February
1970)
The buses are fitted with radio control which is a great inconvenience to Stan and Jack as they plan to have a bit of fun with their female trainees en route to the Cemetry Gates. Jack uses his military experience to tamper with the equipment but will this solve the problem? |

22. Foggy Night
(27th February
1970)
Hazardous weather conditions are to cause problems for Stan and Jack as they battle through thick fog to pick up mum, Olive and Arthur after a visit to Aunt Maud. If that isn't enough of a problem they have Inspector Blake aboard to make the trip even more uncomfortable but Stan and Jack refuse to let their nemesis get them down. |

23. The New Uniforms
(6th March
1970)
Stan and Jack are labelled 'the scruffiest busmen in the depot' by Blakey and when new uniforms are designed its them who are used to model them. The new uniforms cause a dilemma as they make Stan and Jack look like Peruvian Postmen but are a hit with the opposite sex. |

24. Going Steady
(13th March 1970)
Stan has been going steady with a clippie called Sally but she just happens to be Inspector Blake's niece. With the talk of wedding bells in the air, Inspector Blake and his niece come to visit the Butler's and Stan is doing his best to keep in Blakey's good books but will Sally get on with Stan's protective mum. |

25. The Squeeze
(20th March 1970)
The Butler household is going through a financial crisis and its Arthur who is called upon to sell his treasured motorbike and sidecar but in its condition selling it proves difficult. Stan uses all the tricks in the book and manages to persuade Blakey that the sidecar is just what he needs. Now all the bike needs to do is survive a road test. |

26. On The Make
(27th March 1970)
When the Butler's decide to take on a lodger Stan has an attractive clippie in mind. He gives up his room and bed to the lodger in the hope of romance in return. He gets something but it isn't romance. |

14: In the episode
"First Aid", whilst at the Cemetery Gates, the rear destination sign was
changed to show "11 Bus Depot". On arrival at the depot it shows "11
Service". |

Stan and family buy a new toilet and attempt to get it home on the bus.
Blakey is waiting at the next stop and sees it when the doors open. In the
ensuing argument Stan says it's not a toilet it's a large egg cup. Blakey
says " I'd like to see the bird that could fill an egg with that". |

EPISODE 19: In 'The Snake'
episode when they all run into the bathroom they look through the key hole
looking at the toilet but the angle of the bathroom to the angle to toilet
is completely wrong they would be looking over the stairs and while in the
bathroom Arthur looks towards the camera crew because he was in the way. |

"Radio Control" at the end, Jack says "I see they've taken the radios out of
the buses", but when Stan gets in the cab of his bus you can still see the
radio microphone. |

we see Stan get diverted under a low bridge on service 11, registration AVW
399F and crashes under the bridge. But when he goes back to the depot and
explains what happened, he goes back to the bus and goes out again. The only
thing is that the bus he takes out is registration AVW 399F but he had
already crashed this under the low bridge. |

yet he continues throughout the whole scene hearing perfectly with the
