In a chalet scene, after Stan makes the
petrol-filled toilet explode by throwing a cigarette down it, Blakey visits
the chalet to see them. The whole family stalls Blakey and try to get rid of
him. When he does leave the whole family can be seen saying 'Bye Mr Blake'
but if you look at Stan his lips are not moving but the line 'Cheerio Blakey'
has been clumsily overdubbed.
Not really a
blooper - but fun to watch - see how many times you see the ford zodiac that
causes the bus accident at the beginning of 'Holiday On The Buses' its all over the place.
Also in 'Holiday On The Buses', when going on the mystery tour - as they
load everyone on the bus you see a woman on the left of the screen talking
to someone in earnest - nobody seems to be there!
In the 'Holiday On
The Buses' film, when Stan and Jack stop at the gates and Blakey comes out
to let them out of the holiday camp, you can see the camera man constantly
reflecting in the bus windows whilst Stan and Blakey chat.
Also in the
'Holiday On The Buses' film, during the old time dance competition Arthur
breaks Olive's glasses. but at the end of the film she's wearing them!
In the 'Holiday On
The Buses', Stan takes a shortcut on the return from the mystery tour. When
the top deck of the bus goes through the tree branches, you can see Stan's
mum deliberately smearing the ice cream she is eating all over her face.
In 'Holiday On The
Buses', when Arthur Mullard comes out drunk from the nightclub and he looks
in the bushes it is pitch dark. We then see a close up of Arthur and it is
daylight. Night time resumes seconds later!
